Neither can we accept responsibility for any accidents that may befall you or members of your group. However, we have made every possible endeavor to take care for your safety and well-being. We have given the utmost consideration and care within our personal setting and also in relation to the areas we travel to. We also cannot take responsibility for damages you, or a member of your group, may incur to any of the facilities offered, even if accidentally. We strongly recommend that you take out your own insurance policy in relation to this. Payment A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking per person. The remaining balance is paid on your departure. Unfortunately, in a case where you need to cancel your group after the deposit is made, it is not financially viable for Agyaat Vaas to refund the fees. Method of Payments You can either pay by credit card, or by direct bank transfer, or by posting us draft/ cheque.
