In case of cancellation of booking due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed at the earliest.

Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive your request and cancellation charges would be as follows :

10 days & prior to arrival - service cost if any (0% to 10% of advance)

09 days to 05 days prior to arrival - 50% of the advance.

04 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
